The difficult part of the industry is maintaining the quality of service to, and experience of the Guest during the duration of their total stay. Guests normally stay longer on the premises of a facility within the Hospitality Industry than on the premises of any other business. The positive total experience of a Guest rests therefore not with one person in the facility, but with all personnel, right from the cleaner and senior Management to the security personnel.

Five Star Hotel Security Operatives (Security Personnel) are not only trained in general protection duties, they have also been specifically equipped with the skills required to contribute positively towards the Hotel Guest’s total experience whilst fulfilling their protection duties. The fact that the Operative is generally the first and last person meeting and bidding farewell to the Guest at the main entrance makes it vital that the first and last impression be a positive experience. Our Operatives are trained and regularly appraised through Standard Operating Procedure (SOP’s) Manuals/Standards of Performance, which have been written and compiled specifically for the Hotel Industry by a Hotelier, a first in South Africa!
